(1) PRIVACY POLICY: We never share, sell, rent, or  use your personal information for anything but shipping
your item GUARANTEED. Our Site contains links to other Web sites. REFLECT99 is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. You should review the privacy policies of such sites carefully
before providing them with any information. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, you can contact

customer service  Section of this site.
(2.) PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY: Items that are "IN STOCK" are normally shipped within 8-36 hours.  
Shipping is by Postal Ground Service Or Postal Xpresspost.  Postal Service Does Not Deliver On Weekends.
Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse.

(3.) CANCELED ORDERS: Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at
customerservice@reflect99.
com  only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping,can not be canceled.  
Cancellations are not accepted via telephone.

(4.) BACK-ORDERS: Due to unforeseen high demand we do, occasionally, find ourselves out of stock. If your
order cannot be shipped you will be notified automatically via e-mail about your status. Please be assured that
we do our very best to avoid this and we will notify you of the situation and then ship your item just as soon as
we are able.

(5.) 30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE: We guarantee to replace any item that is defective in materials and
workmanship free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for products which have
been laundered with soaps containing bleach, or harsh detergents with bleach or bleach particles. The warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items (e.g. Pads, garment, etc.). REFLECT99’s liability is
limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products or product components.
Merchandise being returned  must include all original packaging materials, warranty card, proof of purchase,
authorization code and manuals. In the event a Return for Exchange is refused, the merchandise will be
returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Return shipments are made
at your own expense unless authorized  by our Customer Service Department. To obtain a Return Authorization
code email customer service at
  customerservice@reflect99.com *Personal Care Items. We do not offer refunds
on personal care Items. REFLECT99 cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.

(6.) TERMS & CONDITION: Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of our
Purchase Policy. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit
card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card
holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order
is not canceled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.

(7.) REFUSED DELIVERY: If your order is damaged due to freight carrier, REFLECT99 must be notified
immediately and product must be returned Unopened,
UNUSED and in the original packaging no later than 5
days of the invoice.
(NOTICE) IF THE PACKING HAS BEEN OPENED IT WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO PURCHASER AT
YOUR EXPENSE.

(8.) PRICING & AVAILABILITY: All pricing and product availability are subject to change.  We will honor any valid
order  as long as you have a valid order from our ordering system. Products if sold out, may be SUBSTITUTED
for the SAME LIKE KIND, and QUALITY at any time.

(10) SALES: We Are Open Monday To Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST For Your Convenience. However Orders
Can Be Placed At Anytime, 24 Hrs A Day, 7 days a week And Will Automatically be Processed. In Stock Items
Normally Ship Next Business Day.

(11) CHANGES TO WEB SITE:
We may change, move, or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
